Book your holiday according to your needs

The treatments we offer are full board, half board, room and breakfast.
If you want a worry-free holiday we offer you the All inclusive formula that includes: full board with drinks included for meals (water, orangeade and coke) and beach service.

CONDITIONS OF STAY:

To ensure better service, we kindly remind to our guests that the stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends after breakfast on the day of departure.

  • The room and the parking spot must be freed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, to allow arriving guests access to the facilities.
  • The room is available to arriving guests from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Small animals are allowed (up to about 15 kg) but cannot access the dining room or pool.
  • The tourist tax (not included in the quote) is € 2.00 per day for the first seven days, children up to 14 years old are exempt, and it has to be paid directly here in the hotel in cash.


BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Confirmation of the reservation will be final upon payment of a deposit, which amounts 30% of the cost of the stay.
  • In case of cancellation up to 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit is not lost but we offer the possibility to convert it into voucher, with validity 1 year, to book a minimum stay of 5 nights in full board.
    The voucher cannot be used during the period 8 - 22 August.
  • In case of cancellation 10 to 0 days from the date of arrival, the deposit of 30% will be withheld.
  • Sudden early departure, involves charging the same price of a 3 days stay.

  • Short stays of up to 5 days payment is required upon arrival.

 

EXTRA SUPPLEMENTS:

  • Paid service private parking space, 50 m from the hotel.
  • Small animal supplement: € 10.00 per day per animal up to 7 days of stay. From the eighth day, no supplements will apply.
  • Paid service empty minibar on request.
  • Free short-term strollers; strollers for the entire stay, paid service upon request.
