Every day, the Chef and the cooking brigade bring to the table the flavours of the Romagna tradition and the dishes of the widest tradition of Italian cuisine.
BREAKFAST
A delicious and hearty breakfast awaits you with an assortment of sweet and savory options: donuts, tarts, plum cakes, croissants, fresh and canned fruit, yogurt, and cereal will be the prelude to a fantastic relaxing day at the beach!
For those who love savory food, surely there will be no shortage of cold cuts, cured meats, cheeses, wursters and eggs.
For breakfast, for those who have intolerance problems, we offer packaged gluten-free sweets.
LUNCH AND DINNER
The chef will offer, day by day, a menu with two first and two second courses of fish, meat and vegetables. For those with a sweet tooth, there's also a wide selection of desserts and seasonal fruit.
To complete this celebration of flavours, the Hotel Elite restaurant will let you taste traditional Romagna culinary dishes: homemade pasta, lasagna and you can't miss the fish skewers and typical cured meats accompanied by local cheeses.
Every week, a Romagnola Evening will be organized with typical Romagna dishes, a fish-based Pescatora Evening, and a Pizza Evening with stuffed and delicious pizzas.
With the All Inclusive formula, the carafe drinks you will have included at meals are water, orange juice and cola.
All you have to do is choose your favorite dishes: let them be served at the large buffet and sit at the table to enjoy your meal.

FLEXIBLE MEAL TIMES
- Breakfast is served from 7.45 to 10.00
- Lunch is served from 12.30 to 13.45
- Dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm
- Our restaurant room is air conditioned
You can pick whichever table is free for breakfast, while at lunch and dinner the seats are fixed.

INFORMATION FOR CELIAC AND/OR INTOLERANT GUESTS
Cooking for celiacs and/or intolerants entails a certain responsibility and compliance with the relevant legislative provisions.
Our kitchen does not have an area dedicated to the preparation of gluten-free dishes (potters and specific utensils), therefore we cannot guarantee non-contamination.
On request, we prepare gluten-free pasta with the day's sauces. We offer a wide choice of meat, fish and vegetarian main courses at the buffet.
For breakfast, for those who have intolerance problems, we offer packaged gluten-free sweets.
At the time of booking and upon arrival, please report any food intolerances. Information regarding the presence of substances or products that cause allergies or intolerances is available from the wait staff.
MINI-KITCHEN AREA
The parents of small children have a kitchen all to themselves, always open at every hour of the day, where we provide vegetable broth, vegetable puree, cheeses, tomato and ragu sauce.
